Your Role

As the Store Manager of our Metzingen Outlet, you will serve as a brand ambassador and the driving force behind an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver premium service, achieve sales goals, and bring the Woolrich story to life for every customer. Your mission is to create a high-performing, motivated team that shares a passion for outdoor living, style, and authenticity — ensuring that every interaction reflects our values and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Results

  • Maximize store performance and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and team motivation.

  • Oversee merchandising and visual presentation in line with brand and seasonal guidelines.

  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activity, communicating key insights to your team.

  • Achieve all financial and performance KPIs, driving sustainable growth.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and inspire your team to embody Woolrich’s values and deliver outstanding service.

  • Set clear goals and expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

  • Encourage professional development and recognize individual contributions.

  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-energy store environment.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance.

  • Be proficient in store systems and tools (POS, Retail Pro, Client Book, MS Office Suite, etc.).

  • Manage stock integrity, operational procedures, and employee documentation accurately.

  • Uphold brand standards for presentation, safety, and store maintenance.


Your Profile

  • Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business or Fashion preferred.

  • Experience: Proven success as a Store Manager within the premium retail or fashion industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

  • Strong record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
