Your role:

As our Treasury & Accounting Specialist you will join the Finance team at Woolrich. You will have the opportunity to work and grow in an international organization, supporting in the day – to day – management of financial and accounting tasks related to our legal entities abroad.

Your day to day in the team:

Daily liquidity management
Weekly cash flow, monthly forecast and analysis
Accounting receivable process
Bank reconciliation
Monthly Intercompany analysis
E-commerce payments reconciliation
Credit management (clients portfolio analysis, aging report, Client Statement reports, Bad debt analysis,etc)
Document management

Your added value to the team:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
1-2 years of experience in a similar role in SMEs
Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office
Knowledge in cash, payments and liquidity tools
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Team player, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with a proactive approach
