Your role:

As our Treasury & Accounting Specialist you will join the Finance team at Woolrich. You will have the opportunity to work and grow in an international organization, supporting in the day – to day – management of financial and accounting tasks related to our legal entities abroad.

Your day to day in the team:
 
  • Daily liquidity management
  • Weekly cash flow, monthly forecast and analysis
  • Accounting receivable process
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Monthly Intercompany analysis
  • E-commerce payments reconciliation
  • Credit management (clients portfolio analysis, aging report, Client Statement reports, Bad debt analysis,etc)
  • Document management


Your added value to the team:
 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in SMEs
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in cash, payments and liquidity tools
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with a proactive approach
