Your role:

As Assistant Store Manager you will be part of the leadership team of the store and support the Store Manager and Retail Director in the day to day activities in the store and thus ensuring that our customers are experiencing a high standard service experience.  

Your day to day in the team:

  • Supporting Store Manager in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
  • Providing daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and teams’ performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
  • Controlling costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota’s
  • Inspiring, motivating and developing your team through training, coaching and product knowledge
  • Taking on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Ensuring strong visual standards across the store

Your added value to the team:

  • Previous work experience in a Premium Retail industry
  • Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team
  • Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast - paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in managing store operations, stock and admin duties
  • Understanding of visual merchandising approach
  • Must have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills, must be able to use financial and sales data
  • Passionate about the brand and living our values
  • Strong brand awareness and product knowledge
  • Fluency in English language (written & spoken)
