Your role:

We’re looking for an Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Team in Bologna to take on a 6 months internship in a global and fast – paced organization. You will be working side by side with a team of 10 people in the Accounting Department, supporting with different tasks and activities related to accounts payable.

What you will do:

support the team with the accounts payable cycle for Italian/foreign suppliers, in compliance with civil and fiscal regulations
update master data, checking and recording invoices
support with the management of suppliers' schedules and payment authorization process
monthly reporting

Required skills:

Accounting Hgh School Diploma / Bachelor's degree in economics
Previous internship in a similar role would be considered a plus
Good English knowledge
Good knowledge of the MS Office, with focus on Excel
Analytical and proactive approach
Organisational skills and time management
