Your role:

We’re looking for a working student to support our HR & Retail function in Munich with all day to day tasks and activities in liason with our HQ in Italy and with our store across the EMEA Region.

What you will do:
  • You will support our Office team in Munich in the classic day-to-day business
  • You will participate in various projects (e.g., introduction of a new HR-software) and you support the design and digitalization of our HR processes
  • You will also get to know all relevant areas of strategic and operational HR & Retail work
  • We offer the possibility to gain experience in an international environment in cooperation with our Italian Headquarters
  • You will be in regular contact with the store managers from the stores and support in several back offices tasks.
Who You are:

  • You are studying business administration, economics and social sciences or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • You have the ambition to take on responsibility right from the start, a good grasp of things and a structured way of working
  • You approach people openly, adapt to the different needs of employees and managers and you always find the right words - even when things get a little more complex
  • You enjoy actively driving projects forward, helping to shape them and getting involved in them
  • You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and an affinity for IT systems.
  • Your German skills are fluent and you have good communication skills in English

If this sounds like you and you would like to join a collaborative and challenging environment where working means loving what you do, going the extra-mile, and learning from others, then please apply with a CV in English: we’re looking forward to reviewing your application!
