Your role:

As the Supervisor you will be part of the Woolrich Team based in Serravalle. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strongly goal-oriented person with solid experience in the role within fashion premium brands, with a structured retail organization. You will be representing the brand image and values, whilst working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the stores operations and team.

What you will do:

Supporting Store Manager in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
Providing daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
Monitoring KPIs and teams’ performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
Controlling costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and team planning
Inspiring, motivating and developing your team through training, coaching and product knowledge
Taking on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
Ensuring strong visual standards across the store

Experience & qualifications you will bring:

Previous work experience in a Premium Retail industry
Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team
Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast - paced retail environment
Previous experience in managing store operations, stock and admin duties
Understanding of visual merchandising approach
Used to work on flexible opening hours
Must have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Must have strong analytical skills, must be able to use financial and sales data
Passionate about the brand and living our values
Must have a strong brand awareness and product knowledge
Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
