Your Role:

As our Store Manager at our Woolrich Store in Amsterdam you are an ambassador of our brand. We aim to exceed customer expectations at every stage of the shopping process exploiting our people passion for fashion and customer service authentic approach.
You will provide overall leadership and accountability of the store team to create a premium consumer experience. You will drive a highly committed environment in which employees work at their best to enhance the business. You will manage performance expectations, balancing strategic & operational priorities, providing consistent feedback to develop leadership excellence, service and team skills. You will drive a profitable business by meeting store sales, profit, growth, customer service targets and objectives.
 
Your day to day in the team:

Business & Deliver Results:
 
  • Maximize turnover to exceed required targets and develop strategies for improving performance.
  • Manage the presentation and the merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office retail strategy.
  • Ensure you and the team remain current on market trends and competitor products, conveying upcoming customer promotions and launches to the consumer.
  • Accountable to meeting financial goals for sales and standard KPI on required basis.

Leadership & People Management:
 
  • Lead the people, keeping them motivated and committed to the company’s core values.
  • Manage the performance of the team to drive a profitable business by meeting sales targets, traffic flow, profit, growth and customer service targets.  
  • Coach the team by providing leadership on the sales floor and setting the benchmark for premium service to consumers through excellent consumer interactions, selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to provide premium consumer experiences.
  • Set clear goals & expectations, keeping people focused on high standards of excellence to ensure store service and revenue goals are achieved.

Operation Management:
 
  • Run efficiently all store operations.
  • Proficient and expert user in all core systems & technologies including but not limited to POS, Retail Pro, Client Book, i-Pad & Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
  • Leverage our people policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee paperwork.
  • Accountable for stock discrepancy.

Your skills added value to the team:
 
  • High School Diploma required. Graduate Degree preferred (Business or Fashion are a plus).
  • Previous work experience as a Store Manager in a Premium Retail industry.
 
  • A proven track record of successfully driving sales and service.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop a team of 7/8 associates.
  • Strong sales experience required.
  • Used to work on flexible opening hours.
  • Must have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, must be able to use financial and sales data.
  • Must have a strong brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
