As a Sales Area Manager, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and developing our sales strategy in the local market. Reporting directly to the Sales Director for Southern Europe, you'll play a pivotal role as a Woolrich brand ambassador, focusing on Tri - Veneto and Toscana. Your mission: to cultivate and maintain highly productive relationships with our valued clients and partners, driving success and growth. The role can be based either in Bologna or Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage directly the distribution of the area (Triveneto + Toscana), through a frequent presence on territory.
Contribute to the continuous implementation of new projects related to existing and new accounts.
Drive the Business plan defined & Deliver Results.
Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets, working to maximize wholesale accounts profitability and meet sales targets.
Manage sales campaigns in Woolrich corporate Showroom in Milan.
Analyze data and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Present collections to Showroom sellers and drive the sell in based on sales performance and current trends.
Work with the Customer Service department to ensure all units are allocated, invoiced in a timely manner and shipped timely.
Provide the highest level of customer service and follow through on orders and deliveries for all accounts.
Assist the Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries.
Identify and communicate opportunities to increase profitability.
Address accounts needs supporting merchandising & design teams.
Maintain an awareness of current and market trends, monitoring area competitors.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for business or fashion-related disciplines.
5-8 years of experience as a Sales/Area Account Manager in the premium fashion market.
Strong sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards.
You are flexible and can adapt your schedule to meet business needs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Self – starter mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
Assertive approach and “can do attitude”
Strong analytical skills applied to sales and financial data.
High level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts.
Fluency in Italian and strong English skills (both written and spoken).
