Your role:

As the Retail Analyst you will be part of the DTC/Retail Department. Reporting directly to the Global Retail Director you will support Retail Sale of the whole EMEA network, with focus on productivity and KPIs, by delivering accurate reporting and analysis to ensure efficiency in the operations according to the business strategy.

What you will do:
 
  • support Retail by providing meaningful and timely reporting and analysis to drive the business
  • update weekly/ monthly reports for HQ and Retail Field Team, being the liaison between HQ and Area Managers, Buying Team as a support and relevant analytics driver
  • update weekly forecast sales report and KPIs reporting (by store, country, and channel) in line with the FY Budget
  • prepare analysis of staff efficiency, productivity on monthly basis
  • oversee incentive plan, produce analysis of incentives and quarterly reporting
  • identify opportunities to enhance sales, and address any critical point, related to analytics
  • ad hoc specific analysis, by channel, country
  • work on cross functional strategical projects


Experience & qualifications you will bring:
 
  • Graduate from a business school or a bespoken consultancy field
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in consultancy or DTC/Sales environment
